Тут такая тема, с хиллерами использующими 2ое исцеление - если хил лечит первым хилом всех раненных, то встает проблема, что он не может никого лечить, но и не может уйти в защиту или ждать, в итоге приходится нажимать на быстрый бой и скипать битву...та же проблема с хиллерами, которые накладывают баффы (например ветка деревьев жизни), если в отряде нет раненых, то они не могут наложить бафф - так как он идет вторым, те же гоблины шаманы т.к. первым накладывают ярость, а потом лечат видимо могут это делать, а вот если цепочка "исцеление-бафф" начинается с исцеления, то опять приходится уходить в защиту или после наложения одного лечения с баффом - скипать бой...это как-то можно поправить?

Можно не скипать бой, а быстро включить/выключить автобой. Хиллер встанет в защиту и все будет хорошо. По-другому - никак

Yeah, it's not that I can't deal with Very Hard difficulty as I easily have completed it on the Vanilla version. I was surprised at the growth of units.

Anyway, I wanted to point out several bug/mistakes that I think are crucial:

1. You seem to have added descriptions to all items which makes the text cut off as it goes beyond what the window allows thus making it impossible/hard to see which artifacts give which effects. For example, in some banners I can't see what stats they increase, or some items I have no idea what they do.

2. There is wrong spelling on some effects for XP and HP. I think it's mistranslation from Russian? For example, Book of Water (which is another item where you can't fully see its effect) - it says it gives water ward and +30 XP. At first I thought it gives +30% experience/XP so I was taking it with my to my next missions/sagas until I could learn Book Lore. When I eventually learnt it, it ended up being +30 HP. The same issue is on another Restoration potion/item that heals whole party - it says XP when it's intended to be HP.

3. Also, there's confusion to some secondary effects. I don't understand why some units say "Crush" while others say "Release of Spirit" when it's the same effect? Or why there are 3 different names for the same effect? There are a lot of instances in the game so far that I've noticed where the same effect is called differently on different units.

It would just be nice to maybe have a patch fix that shortens/fixes descriptions of items.

Despite what I've said, I am immensely enjoying the mod and it has reignited my love for the game! Thank you so much for you responses and your work!

Hello! This translation made because I invented how to do it automatically only =) Could you send me screenshots with items to the discord? I think you mean abilities of Ogre (300 hp, 20 ini) and Barbarian-chief. Yes, they are the same, but different names. But I think, you are not surprised, when some units have attack name “sword”, but others one – “mace” or “lightning”

I was playing on Siege 2.0 from https://d2ext.sklabs.ru/en/maps and Units didn't level up on that one.

Heya, me again!
A quick question which confuses me a lot - Do units in towns get exp/level up with each turn? I am playing Empire saga on a Very Hard difficulty, currently on second mission. I noticed that Barbarians are way too overlevelled in one of the towns compared to the vanilla version.

I then restarted the map and through cheats, on turn 1, checked the same town - Barbarians are level 1 and deal their normal intended Damage (80). But then I load my game which is on turn 11, and suddenly they are Level 3 and deal 130 damage which makes it impossible do deal with them. Is that intended? I also noticed that enemy AI is getting ridiculously powerful units seemingly out of the blue. Do they have boosted exp on them?

Is there a way to keep the normal AI/town growth? It just makes it impossible to deal with towns that you end up not being able to capture.

Hello, Vals! Yes, free exp in the fog every turn for neutrals and AI in any place except ruins. If "very hard" difficulty is impossible for you, just change it to "hard" or "average". Or try to find out what you do wrong or what opportunities you don't use

Neutral units don't level up/gain xp in fog of war on Very Hard?
I'm playing on very hard, turn 92 and all neutrals on map/in cities are at lvl 1/0xp

I think neutral units were leveling in fog when I was playing on average.

It depends on map: for example at the maps for Gallean's Return nor neutrals and AI don't gain free exp in the fog

Spotted a simple bug - in the FC Bayern modification for the mod, Phalangists don't retain their armor after leveling up from Centaur Chargers

В-общем дело видимо в этом самом D2 моде...снес все, скачал заново, извлек только файлы из архива фулл 1.43u и 1.43 fix - все работает замечательно и сохраняется без ошибок...если поставить D2 mod в папку с игрой, в любой конфигурации, то пропадает возможность сохраняться...выдает ошибки сохранения...

Просто создайте папку SaveGame в папке с игрой

Образовалась внезапно такая проблемка, ранее скачивал и ставил более раннюю версию, она работала нормально и стабильно. Сегодня увидел на одном стриме, что они играют в более новую версию, где и людей в ветке лучников третья появилась и у нежите оборотни получили ветку прокачки и решил скачать и поставить новую. Скачал 1.43u, распаковал и установил в ту же папку D2 mod, что шел в комплекте. Так вот игра работает нормально, но вот при попытке сохранить ее выдает "ошибка при сохранении игры" и не сохраняет, а пройти Дисо БЕЗ сохранений - это нереально, как и поиграть нормально с друзьями...Почему такая ошибка происходит?, раньше, в более ранней версии, такого не было ...

So I couldn't wait for the response and dowloaded the mod anyway and I am happy it has got an English version.

My question now is this - how to fix weird symbol issue? Like, when I start a Saga, the story text/objectives as well as all dialogue is in unreadable symbols. I know it's not Russian language problem because Russian is displayed normally (eg. unit names, town names). I've set my unicode windows locale setting thing to Russia which fixed some of it. But the problem in Saga missions still remain. I checked your FAQ page but didn't see anything that matched my issue. Any ideas?

You could try to download GOG version of the game and then patch it with installer. Then change fonts files, if you want to play russian maps (F.A.Q.)
